About Amsale

Pre-Owned Amsale is the house that made the modern bridal and black-tie gown plain on purpose — satin and silk cut to a clean line, with the work hidden in the internal structure rather than shown on the surface. These are dresses bought for one evening, which is the entire argument for buying one second-hand.

Our Amsale listings are formal and cocktail dresses — full-length satin, strapless silk gowns, sequinned minis and V-neck midis. Every piece is authenticated and condition-graded in-house, with internal boning, seams and any alterations noted, then photographed on the actual garment. Sizes here run 2 to 8 and cut close — use the measurements.
