Pre-Owned Costume National is Milanese black — a lean fitted cocktail dress in black and pink, a block-textured shoulder bag, tan leather pumps, gold fringe heels. Ennio Capasa trained under Yohji Yamamoto and brought that severity to Italy, so the cut is sharper and the palette narrower than most Italian houses.
