Pre-Owned Lulu Frost is New York jewellery assembled from genuine antique components — Victorian and Deco hardware, numbered plaques salvaged from old hotels, set into pieces that are one-of-a-kind by construction rather than by marketing. Lisa Salzer's work was collected from the start, and no two pieces repeat.
