About Phi

Pre-Owned Phi was a New York label that ran for only a few seasons and is remembered for the cut — severe silk shapes, wrap and short-sleeve dresses with no decoration anywhere, where the whole effect comes from where the seams sit. Short-lived labels like this exist now only secondhand.

What we carry here is a single black silk short-sleeve wrap dress. It is authenticated and condition-graded in-house before listing and photographed on the actual garment, with the silk checked for marks and the seams and tie assessed. The cut runs close — use the measurements on the listing.
