Pre-Owned Rozae Nichols is the Los Angeles designer who later founded Clover Canyon, and her own label shows the same appetite for surface — a red and pink sequin sleeveless dress, a red, navy and taupe printed shape, white wide-leg cotton trousers with beige stitching. The construction is softer than the prints suggest.
