WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our updated return guidelines below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may return eligible merchandise within 21 days of purchase.

If you use our prepaid return label, a $6.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Only items purchased online at www.currentboutique.com may be returned by mail.

In-store purchases at any Current Boutique retail location are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

FINAL SALE ITEMS (NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN)

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes, but is not limited to:

Bags

Accessories

Gift cards

Items discounted 50% OFF or more

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

We offer a simple and hassle-free online return process:

Enter your order number and email in the return portal (above) to start your return — no account login required.

Place the items and your packing slip in the original reusable package (or packaging of your choice).

Attach the prepaid return label provided by us (or use your own shipping label if you prefer to pay your own postage).

Drop off the package at any USPS location.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for our team to inspect and process your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

If your refund goes back to a credit card, your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN MY ORDER?

Refunds are issued minus a $6.99 fee if you use our prepaid return label.

If you use your own postage, no return fee is deducted.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, color, or size, please return your order for a refund and place a new order online.

LATE RETURNS

You must send your return within 21 days after your return request is approved.

Returns shipped after the allowed time period are not eligible for a refund and will be mailed back to you.
